Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme in France, was born on the 9th of August in 1976. Audrey was the elder child of four. Since a young age, her dental surgeon parents and her teacher mother encouraged her passion of drama and theater. It was this love which trumped her original desire to become a an animal scientist. It was a quick rise for her to be a famous young actor. In 1998 after her studies, she participated in an French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers sponsored by Canal+ and won Best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors prior to beginning her acting career in earnest. Tautou is a pupil of the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris as a child and was a student there from an early age but has sworn off her Catholic upbringing. The actress claims to be a non-Catholic. She pursued a modelling career alongside her acting career and is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel is often called the Chanel Muse. An avid photographer, she has recently exhibited during the Arles International Festival entitled Superficial. Her photographs are largely about the spotlight and fame. They also feature self-portraits and also. Audrey Tautou's debut performance, in the role of Amelie Poulain's main actor in Le Fabuleux d'Amelie poulain, earned her fame to the world. Amelie made international waves at the box office and was awarded awards across the world. It is the most successful French language film in the US. The following year, she starred in British dramas like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. In the following year, she moved to Hollywood in the United States, where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
